Es un juego de carreras arcade de 1988 , lanzado por Taito . A veces se lo ve como un sucesor espiritual del Full Throttle anterior de Taito. El jugador asume el papel de un oficial de policía llamado Tony Gibson, miembro del "Departamento de Investigación Especial de Chase". Junto con su socio, Raymond Broady, debe dejar de huir de los criminales en persecuciones de alta velocidad en un Porsche 928 negro.
