Derby Stallion 96 is a horseracing simulation game and the sixth game in ASCII's Derby Stallion series, as well as the third for the Super Famicom. It would be followed by one more game for the Super Famicom - Derby Stallion 98 - before the series moved onto the PlayStation, the N64 and beyond. It was published by ASCII Corporation, which was released in Japan in 1996.
