Dino Crisis (ディノ クライシス Dino Kuraishisu?) is a horror video game developed and published by Capcom, mainly for the PlayStation video game console, in 1999, and later for the Sega Dreamcast and Microsoft Windows in 2000. Its production and development was in charge of the creator of the Resident Evil series, Shinji Mikami. The title entered the list of best-selling games of the year 1999, managing to sell more than 2,400,000 units for the PlayStation console. The story of the game is set in the year 2009, where a special forces team arrives at a secret government base that was invaded by dinosaurs from another era, the team must manage to escape and survive these prehistoric creatures.
