Matter swirls around a new born star, coalescing on the planetoids that orbit it. Planets evolve, grow and migrate in their orbits, forming a unique solar system by the end of every game. Planetarium is a beautiful game of creation, chaos and terraforming on the grandest scale.
Each turn players move Matter tokens in a clockwise direction around the board, amassing gas, rock, water and metal on four growing planets. With these resources, cards are played that evolve planets in various ways, pushing some towards hostile wastes, and other towards potential cradles for life. Players will be working to create a solar system that scores them the most points, based on cards played and secret objectives.
Note: This is a special preview version of the game, that doesn't feature all of the final art (being created by 3d artist Greg May) or card text (being written by planetary scientist James Lewis).
