Dweller's Empty Path is a follow-up to Escaped Chasm.
You play as Yoki who has trouble sleeping due to the nightmares she's been having. Not able to sleep afterwards, she decides to take a walk outside where she can interact with the local area and its residents including the mysterious Zera whom she suspects has a roll in her nightmares.
You traverse the map while interacting with the environment and the NPCs that reside there. The game ends when you decide to fall back to sleep in your bed. The ending depends on how much exploring and tasks you've done for the locals. The game centers mostly around story with Illustrations at key events. The game is heavily inspired by the graphics and sound of Game Boy titles.
