A Game Boy version of a Famicom Disk System game by the same name. It's a puzzle game from the same mold as Shanghai in which you match Mahjohng tiles, restricted by certain rules. The tiles are stacked up like bricks, and matching a tile removes it. If you remove a tile and leave the ones above it unsupported, then they fall and it's game over.
