This hack was created by Crying Onion for a Japanese-exclusive title dubbed Don Doko Don 2. It is based on an existing bootleg hack with a similar name. The main goal for the creation of this hack was to create a hack that feels like an official Mario game, or at least, a third-party installment made with Nintendo’s permission.
It features a full graphics conversion, with better Mario sprites, new enemy sprites, new boss sprites, and more. Even Witch Rosalina from Mario Kart Tour makes an appearence as the main companion.
