Beetlejuice (Prototype) titlescreen

NTSC Prototype of Beetlejuice. An arguably superior game to the final released version. Lots of content was changed, removed, or outright censored. Almost all of the enemies are different, and the bosses are actually monsters! The power ups you can buy are different, and all of the games text is different. The second level is a different level where you run down road and kick motorcyclers off their bikes for power ups! You can't run as fast or jump as high, but the entire game is a better experience. There's more detail in the graphics and backgrounds in some levels, and in the graveyard area the crosses were censored. The game is fully playable, and beatable. The Toilet Roll is still a red herring / joke item though!
