Meccha! Taiko no Tatsujin Dīesu: Nanatsu no Shima no Daibouken!) is the 2nd Taiko no Tatsujin game released on Nintendo DS. It was released on April 24, 2008. It borrows game mechanics from the first Taiko no Tatsujin DS game. For the first time ever in Taiko no Tatsujin series, it includes a story mode. Since then many Taiko games on handhelds and consoles included story modes.
