Active Health with Carol Vorderman is a Nintendo DS video game released exclusively in Europe in 2009. The package comes equipped with an Activity Meter (first released alongside Walk With Me! Do You Know Your Walking Routine?). Active Health, unlike Walk With Me, takes into account not only the player's walking routine, but also the amount of exercise they do and their diet, which they are requested to enter daily into the game to see if there is any room for improvement. Interestingly, the game can take into account the exercise done in Nintendo's hit Wii video game Wii Fit.
Carol Vorderman, the titular spokesperson for the game, is a British celebrity who regularly appears on television. According to Nintendo, Carol gave the team at Fuse Games (best known for their handheld pinball games) working on the game advice and recipes.
