Star Lifter is a horizontal space shooter, set in 2150. The player is a long range penetration unit, on a one man mission behind enemy lines. His task requires disrupting enemy activities by destroying alien space convoys. At each level there is a specified number of craft to destroy. The ship may be shifted in every direction, although the screen is moving constantly to the right.
